    "Painda", undereducated,ill-witted,shaklay bhangiyan,kartoot-e-kafiran and ka*jar muhallay ka painda, ccpo,ordered the Lahoris to keep national ID card with them all the time.Is this f**king Soviet Union now? M**Ch**Ds, you are kala-angraiz and your angraiz masters follow capitalism and dont keep IDs to show to every nathoo khaira while walking around.It occurs in russia or former soviet republics!

    Damn when i read the title of the thread i thought we were gonna discuss something stupid done by the MQM govt. Glad we Mohajirs arent the only ones who have dumb **** in Govt.

    Oh Well the muhajirs aint bad peeps.Its those kala-angraiz who have forgotten their "auqaat".Equivalent to it we have "paindas" all the big posts and small posts specially in police and CID and other department are recruited on political grounds and from "pinds" and hence you would see these paindas stopping every other citizen and having no sense of talk.These paindas hardly would know how to sign and if they know how to sign then they wont know where to sign and if they know where to sign then they wont know what to sign.

    Painda is a term derived from ancient language called Punjabi.The root word is Paindo and in Physical capacity,it is derived from pind but these days its mostly used by other than paindos to describe them.

    Painda is also a state of mind,just like the kalay angraiz and identifiable in first few weeks life of a painda in a city(though a painda born in a city is not immune to this state of mind).There have been lot of studies performed on this topic,though here, i would give my own version only.

    A Painda can be a Kala-Angraiz but a Kala-Angraiz is not necessarily a pure panda.Though I agree further studies are needed.
