Yesterday, in off the record program..Talat Hussain as a guest speaker vigorously defending ppp govt and condemning PML- N for their present political move and power show on streets. He also spoke harshly abt Q-League for their double minded game. He said that Ch Brothers role is very awful and non democratic in this situation. He was defending govt on behalf of ppp.. becoz Kashif abbasi said that no ppp member was available to speak on the show but Talat did it in very rash and harsh way.
A few Golden Words of Talat Hussain.. He said:
• PPP back door se iqtedaar me nahi aye
• 2 / 4 haftay pehley tu ppp itni bori nahi lag rahi thee
• ab PML –N ko high moral ground mil gaya hey judiciary ki independence ka jis k peeche ye khelna chahte hen
• strrets garm karne kia faida jab assemblies me bet kar understanding kar ley gay?
• Mid term election ya referendum keo ho, sirf judiciary ki azadi k ley tu vote nahi para .. MQM, ANP, PPP, Q league ko bhi tu vote para hey
• PML-N sari quam ki numainda nahi hey
At the end of program Kashif Abbasi has showed some courage and disagreed with his senior Talat (with a little hesitation) .. he said agar ye campaign shoro hoe hay tu is ko kisi ikhtetam par puhnchna chaye.
I m surprised abt Talat’ views.. I know he is ppp fan club member and has a romance with old ppp .. In his own show he tries to keep himself neutral being a professional anchorperson and criticize govt too but in this show he could not control his affection for ppp. No problem, everyone has right to have an affiliation or affection for any political party but plz don’t get blind in love. I just want to ask Talat Hussain that:
• ppp backdoor se nahi aye then what is NRO? why meetings with Mushraf were held in UAE ?
• Agar lawyers movement na chalti tu ye hamare visionary aur Qurbania dene k experts leaders mulk se bahar he bethety reh jate.. Nobody invites hem to come and participate in elections.. This was happened just becoz of lawyers’ movement…. This is a reality of our history and we should accept and acknowledge it regardless our political affiliations..
• These great leaders never said No to any general,, Ch iftikhar did it and we should give him its credit.
• Streets garm karne ka koi faida nahi tu phir koi solution bataya jay k aakhir ye judiciary ka masla kaise hal hoga? jab tak ye problem kisi logical end ko nahi puhche ga mulk me unrest rahey ga..
• talat sahib ko PML-N and Q k sab Galat iqdamaat nazar agay but what abt Governor’ rule, clause 144 implementation, arrest and torture operation which were launched by ppp present govt, Jiala recruitments in the courts .. Why Punjab is being disrupted when rest of the country especially two provinces NWFP, Balochistan, Fata, Northern areas are already disturbed and our borders are more sensitive, our economy is going down sharply. … He must say on this but in this show he was playing like an official spokesperson of ppp.
• High moral grounds carried by PML-N.. … ppp can take its stand on this, why they don’t come with this stance?
• Back on position of 25 Feb 2009 – demand of PML-N is not wrong or illegal. (as Talat mentioned in a very taunting way). he must remember that Zardari has started this game (foul play as per his practice and old habits) and nobody can help him … including Mr Talat Hussain.
I just want to say that zardari branded ppp does not have public image but Talat Hussain definitely has and he must care of it which is more precious rather than a political affiliation..
