The Constitutional Process.

(9 posts)
  1. The most civilized, democratic and constitutional method to remove a President from the office is to introduce a Bill at the floor of the Parliament for impeachment on corruption charges.
This would help to stop all sort of speculations and conspiracy theories circulating at the Media and Opinion Forums.
This motion could also set a precedent in Pakistan.

  4. It is really surprising, why the Motion for the Impeachment of Zardari has not been tabled yet?
This is the first step before making or creating speculations.
PMLQ or PMLN or any independent Member could initiate the Bill for the Impeachment of President at the Parliament.

I guess it requires 3/4 majority in the House to remove a President from the office?

Keep that in mind that any motion/bill that supporting party is not sure of winning is not tabled.

No one wants to taste humiliation of defeat.

  6. "No one wants to taste humiliation of defeat."
    Here you go.

Then it would be wiser and better to stop the music of Mr. 10% and the Raga of Corruption.

    I advocate that,
"The most civilized, democratic and constitutional method to remove a President from the office is to introduce a Bill at the floor of the Parliament for impeachment on corruption charges."

The coalition partners have turned their backs on Zardari so he can get impeached...

  8. There is one more constitutional way to remove the president and that if the president is breaching constitution multiple times then the Supreme court could take action against him which Supreme court is not taking at this moment Although our respected president is openly involved in extra-constitutional activities.
