    That loon in another post tried to create hatred of pasthoons by calling them jews.That was a funny post though.Pashtoons were the people who thousands of years ago had been worshipped in region of india and most probably the present day "hindus" still worhsip the pasthoon heros as God.Most of the God-figures in India of hindus came from present day afghanistan.That why afghanistan keeps a very special place in Akhand bharat theocracy/Idiocy.I call it idiocy because even if it were 100% truth then the Akhand bharat starts from afghanistan TO indian not the other way round.But anyway nice try...:)
    Some european propagandist also tried to prove Pashtoons as Greeks.But as a matter of fact;Pathoons fought alexander for continous five years and had replused successfully alexanders army.When alexander took a longer and difficult route to avoid pashtoons;he was cursed by his generals and he cursed his generals back saying " I brought you kingdoms and wealth and you are cursing me?" It were pasthoons who had inspired persians to retake their lost glory and we saw that persian empire emerged once again after the defeat by alexander.

    So please before sufferng from "shock&awe" from bogus stories on web read a book or two...:)

    Most near origina of pashtoons had been the "the horse men" of the ancient western central asia keeping in mind that 80% of present days central asian population was wiped off by temochen and only nature could stop him or Pathoons could stop him.In a three day war in herat,in north western afghanistan;temochen's own son who was a general in his army was killed.Thousands of temochens soldiers were killed and captured.All those pashtoons tribe that fought mongols leader temochen were given the title of King(translated in turkish-chinese or altaic languages as KHAN).Since that time Pashtoons attached with themselves that title.(not all pathoons though cause they mostly go with their tribal names)

    So wise people say "people wont know you are a fool till you open up your mouth"...Good luck with demonising pasthoons...:)

    Not interested in magnificent pashtoon past, just worried about their miserable present!

    Can you plz give some idea as to how they can stop being used in the name of their religion?

    As a muslim i believe Misery or luxury comes from the creator of the Universe.For men is to struggle...:)...

    Bottom line is Pashtuns have survived before and inshallah they would survive now too...:)....

    You can never take away their freedom,faith and family;they would give a good fight...whoever tries to take it away...!

    The sold out journalists,politicians and generals in Pakistan have also took on this task.

    Still Against all odds, pessimism inst encouraged in islam.So avoid it.Difficult times do come in one nations revival.

    false pride in religion, imaginary pride in race, coming from hamid gul...like we haven't heard it before!

    No offense dude but the next time you quote some 1 , try finding a logical guy rather than a guy who every one knows is in love with his own self since ages!

    Zia Baqiyat Intentionally turning this war to Pakhtoon issue as last resort to save their agenda .They try to defend the arab and Taliban presence by saying different views but all failed .Now Hamid Mir ,JI ,IK ,Hameed Gul and others in the media making this as pakhtoon's war so in this case they could have stop this operation .

    i thought we were here to discuss the pashtoon personality to begin with, not mine!!

    as for that rather indecent sentence, so i just wanted to tell you that you were so wrong when you thought that i would care about a particular person since according to you i must be beloning to a particular ethnic group!
    , hence all that punjabi rhetoric, nothing personal btw!

    so plz don't rest your case and do add any prudent information that you have in response to my first message! (if it doesn't include stereotypes like race and religion)
