This is one of the aspects as per real soul of Jihad. But our so-called Jihadi mullas are bent upon to destroy the schools, which already were in scarce.

Although I would agree with u but the real reason (atleast in most of Pukhtoonkhwa as I can't speak for Afghanistan) behind blowing this school was not female or male education but the fact that army and rangers stay in these schools while conducting operations. If they blow these places (not justifying) then obviously army will have to camp in open which can be a good target for these elements. After all , everything is fair in war.

  7. Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,

JavedSheikh sb. I prefer to remain extremely skeptical about your vision, your idea for Muslims.

This doesn't mean I negate the importance of education for Muslims.

There are many kinds of Jihad. You suggest/promote only one i.e., education. Why ?

Many non-Muslims who were enemies of Muslims in the past, adopted the same exact approach which you have.

P.S. Education is not 'the real jihad' according to ALLAH ALMIGHTY and HIS last Messenger (SAW).

You may be right that schools were blown up as Army might have used them. Army did not come to stay in those schools for ever nor did army use many of those schools which were destroyed. But the buildings of those schools were to be used for the coming generations for a long time to come. Do you think it was a wise justification to blow those out?

Second, the schools are destroyed by them on the context that these, according to them, provide education which is in contradiction of Islam and by the destruction of such schools; parents would be left with no other alternative to send their children to madrissas.

This is my view that could be or wrong, I am not sure.

    STOP BEING JUDGEMENTAL ABOUT OTHERS!
DO U KNOW WHAT PEOPLE HAVE IN THEIR HEARTS?
DO U KNOW JS AGE AND EXPERIENCE OF LIFE?
I ALMOST DISAGREE WITH HIM WHENEVER WE ARGUE ON RELIGION BUT THAT DOES NOT GIVE ME A RIGHT TO DISRESPECT HIM OR JUDGE HIM.
THE LAST MESSENGER MUHAMAMD PEACE BE UPON HIM would even visit the woman ( who used to throw rubbish on him ) who got sick and couldn't do her ritual. Stop being so Paranoid as you are responsible for your grave and not others.

I have the same point as well but when I met few villagers on my recent visit to Pukhtoonkhwa, the Pro Talibaan (90% were) villagers said that we will blow school, hospital or watever if the army use that place to kill us. The only people who are with the govt are the "Khans" (A term used for those people who received land and money from British and are regarded as superior among Pushtuns as they have land, money and Govt support etc) while an ordinary pushtun hates these "Khans" and now Talibaan usually target these people.

  11. Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,

@KHAN_Sahib: That example is irrelevant here, so are your words.

I have not negated the idea of education for Muslims. I understand its importance. However, looking at JavedSheikh sb.'s posts in the past, I prefer to remain extremely skeptical of him.

I will not accept complacency in matters of Muslims when addressed as a collective, even if it comes from YOU.

    Posted 2 years ago on 10 Feb 2010 20:26 #
  12. Irrelevant cuz you are blinded with hate and you can't see other People's perspective. I have a problem with people like you who think that they are the biggest supporter of Islam and are the best Muslims too.

Battey karney say kucch nahee hota.. Jinn pay guzartee hay, inn ko dard ka bhee patta hota hay aur khoon kee ahmeyat ka bhee..

I urge u to sit back, relax and try to understand what people means with their words. You can not judge people with few posts. I may be more extremist in my views then Mulla Omer but its the way we work which is different.....

  13. so don't accept it!
    Who are you?

For everyone, you are just a blogger and nothing else!

Thnx for sharing this, this kind of news makes me really happy, what a person and a true Hero of our country, instead of CNN showing this clip it should be some Pakistani channel showing the hard work and dedication by Master Ayub.
