Since the victory of Lawyer march to restore Chaudhary Iftikhar. Chaudhary considers the Lawyer community as its army and himself as Chief of Staff.
What Mistake Babur Awan did was he started addressing the various Bar counsels in Multan, Sargodha and other cities Where people lawyer forum had won. Chaudhary sahib will never like it if some one is eroding his supremacy.
So, if what you say is true, shamwariz, who do you think might win this contest of wills? B.A. sounds like a pretty stupid kind of person. Is stupidity also a defect the CJ suffers from?

u want to say that CJ is no more neutral. This is the biggest unfortunate for pakistan and its people. It seems we are really lack of true visionary and neutral personality in pakistan. If CJ is the General of lawyer then believe no one expect any justice from these courts.
I wasn't saying it, tahirnaseem. I still think the CJ will offer us a way out of our present miseries, although it takes the time it takes. Here I was simply asking shamwariz to give us his considered opinion.

Indeed, the CJ has become a power hungry monster, whose endless appetite for power will plunge the country into anarchy.
and what he is getting out of it ?
he is not but PPP is power hungry for sure.
thats why they wanna clean their way to corruption by side lining CJ Iftikhar .
Where is shamwariz sahib? Why doesn't he come foward and defend his views here?

I think in very simple word i explain the problem and thanks to support me.
I'd say, Dear tahirnaseem, believe in our CJ, believe he is on the side of beloved Pakistan and not on the side of power ghoondas. And don't believe that World War Three is about to break out with an attack on Iran and then the rest of us Muslims. Keep a strong heart. Allah will provide in all cases.

The CJ has become monster, Super heading the lawyers Ghundas who can be seen on the media slapping Judges , beating policemen.
CJ never supported the Judge who was slapped in face by a lawyer in court.whole of the judiciary in Punjab remained on strike for two weeks but there was no suo mote by CJ.
CJ has no respect for the judiciary he is just busy visiting the bars to be popular with the lawyers.
In short the CJ is a slap in the face of judiciary
its your own view .
CJ is the symbol of justice ...
go to streets of Karachi,Lahore,Islamabad....
and ask,what they think of CJ Iftikhar.
u will get majority of + feed back...

Independent Judiciary has long way to go but i see progress being made, if you are crooked you will use every trick in the book to get of the hook and that's what PPP are doing with Babar Awan in charge.

babar awan JI ka tarbiat yafta molvi hy jisko zardari apney mazmoom maqasid kay liye CJ kay khilaf istemaal kar raha hy. babar awan ka tareeqae wardat wohi hy jo JI ki hy, yaani, ham tou doobay hein sanam tum ko bhi lei doobain gay.

When it was Musharraf time, then Q-league and allies were crying all over the world that look CJ has become politicized, he should make his own party, he is corrupt, etc.
But now when CJ is putting his hard shoes on the tail of corrupt people of present government, so PPP and their favored are mourning, crying, weeping loudly and saying the same words for CJ.
Just check the records .... and you will find it is true. Even the present corrupts have same complain about media which in Past Mush & Co. used to have. In fact a good person on the top of Judiciary is not acceptable to corrupt person. If I am clean, I damn care who is sitting in Judiciary and If I know I have a long list of crimes, then I will do what PPP and their stalwarts are doing these days.

The view that PCO Iftikhar alias CJ of Pakistan is not doing what was needed and flouting the rules of justice is shared by almost all leaders of lawyers movement including Kurd, Tariq Mahmood and now even Hamid Khan.
Had PCO Iftikhar been against corruption he would have taken a look into the most corrupt institution of Pakistan as per Transparency International i.e. the army followed by the second most corrupt i.e. the judiciary.
Even among bureaucrats and politicians he has chosen to take action against only those who are related to PPP.
@ zingaro: had judiciary been clean it would not be issuing statements daily. What ever the crimes of PPP maybe the crime of treason by PCO Iftikhar tops all.

Lagta hai suna nahi aapne, Qazi Anwar says that 'basic feature of law cannot be amended' and SC can strike it down,
I wonder ke iss ka itlaaq article 270A aur 270AA per kyun nahi hota?
