There are circumstances in which terrorism can be justifiable: David Miliband

    Foreign Secretary David Miliband was accused last night of condoning terrorism after declaring that there were circumstances in which it was ‘justifiable’.

    Look at their thinking, when it comes to their interest they can justify anything...

    ..... And from where comes such circumstances which "justify" terrorism? In this case such circumstamces should be considered as 'Pre-terriorism states'which cause terriorism, by that it should be punishable too.

  4. That means the states who are involved to create situations that lead to terrorism. As they are themselves are a direct cause to this reaction labeled as terroism therefore should shoulder the responsibility as well.
    Very well said 'raheb', but the problem remains, and you may have noticed also. They never admit this!
