    Some days before i wrote that kitnay mein bikaa ra Itaiaz So i had to face a lot of criticism in which some were very harsh. But now the time has proved that, The activist of lawyers movement Ch. Itaiz Ahsan applied for senate ticket,he will get that. Ch. Itaiz Ahsan has been ppointed to appear in supreme court of Pakistan to defend puppet prime minister Yousaf Raza in contempt of court charges. Two benefits in one straight shot, and the shot is to train so called future leader Bilawal Zardari. The second beneficiary of Lawyer movement is in line is Ali Ahmad Kurd,who declared that he wants change in constitution by omitting the clause of contempt of court,as it shouldn't be.Secondly Ali Ahmad Kurd also said, that it would be great hounor for him and he will be proud of it, if he is being offered a case of Bhutto trail to fight in court. But why Ali Ahmad Kurd is not considering that,present Government is actually not interested to fight case in court,They are only intrested in politics, for which they want to use it as a point scoring, because at the moment PPPP( Zardari Tola ) is at lowest of their political rating.So it has now like crystal clear, that why these two lawyers ( better to say crooked lawyers )were approached. This is written on the wall.

    AA is a lawyer and PPP worker. He is doing what he is supposed to, unless you think everyone outside of PTI is a sell out.

    Who told you man that i am from PTI, I am only and only Pakistani, I express my feelings without any bias. I always try my best to write what is wrong, and what is right. So please do not label me with any party.

    I dont think Aitaza Ahsan had problem getting PPP sanate seat or MNA seat. Such party workers are assist to party and pakistan.

    Well AA is certainly of questionable character.

    I remember vividly how he gave examples in TV programs of Omar Farooq appearing before a Qazi to negate the claims of presidential immunity during Musharraf's rule.

    Now the same AA is talking about presidential immunity and will plead it in front of the same SC in which he was arguing against Musharraf on the issue of immunity!

    Lawyers make arguments that would benefit their client. It is the job of rival attorney to make the contrary argument.

    At the time, Aitezaz was arguing against the president. So, Omer Faruq example suited him. Today he is arguing for the president. Therefore, immunity suits him.

    I think he is doing his job and doing it well.

    I agree that AA is only doing his job. He is an excellent lawyer who has even defended the Sharif family. Of all the people in PPP he is the most respected and a man of integrity.

    He always said that pres has immunity and there is no harm in writing letter as swiss court is not going to followup due to immunity.

    AA is saying that SC will lose respect by asking PM to write letter to the SC.

    What a change!!

    AA is putting pressure on SC not to ask PM to write letter.

    @bsobaid,

    Yes he is saying this since PPP government is in power. But during Mush time, he challenged Mush on this issue and argued in the SC that president should not be given immunity and gave the example I quoted.

    He seems to be a Lotawyer.
