United States Pledges $85 Million For The Benazir Bhutto Income Support Program

    Islamabad - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced yesterday an American contribution of $85 million to the Government of Pakistan's Benazir Bhutto Income Support Program (BISP), that targets assistance to Pakistani women and families in need. The Secretary announced the U.S. contribution following a monthly lottery drawing for recipients hosted by President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani.

    Lahore - At a meeting with students at Government College in Lahore today, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced a $45 million American contribution to the Government of Pakistan's Higher Education Commission (HEC). The contribution will expand university and technical education for displaced students and those students in other vulnerable areas, such as southern Punjab and the North West Frontier Province (NWFP), which serves students from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).

    This aid defintely comes attached with strings. America just does not dole anything for free. Another PR stunt to fuel the illegal wars. Giving $85 Million peanuts and looting $85 billion is America's modus operandi.

    Now we can figure out how the treacherous traitors like Abdullah Abdullah are wearing expensive suits. Those criminals need firing squad. Chinese are busy looking into pockets of dead Afghans.     In Washington, two U.S. officials familiar with intelligence reports said that Afghanistan's minister of mines, Muhammad Ibrahim Adel, allegedly accepted the money soon after the $3 billion contract was awarded in late 2007 to China Metallurgical Group Corp.

    BB Income support programme would nnot be needed if BB, her husband or her family members had not sucked a considerable portion of the financial assets of the country dry, whilst in power and via business ventures which ciphoned off millions into EU and international banks.
