And you know what I find truly disgusting? Our papers reporting the army-dictated lie:

But according to Reuters:
The combined toll from the blast was 20 people killed, with at least four women and three children among the slain. At least 13 other civilians were also reported wounded, including a number of other children.
Shameful and utterly disgusting.
When pressed during a previous visit Secretary of State Hillary Clinton shrugged off concerns about the civilians, saying only “there’s a war going on.”

The headlines in nota's link is antiwar site but last page non event in the mainstream media. There will be scant coverage,no headlines, no photos, no videos and no remorse. I wish there were photos of those poor children that were incinerated into dust. I bet most will not be able to watch those graphic scenes.
Does any one remember what Cindy Sheehan, the anti war activist had said in front of Whitehouse calling Obama and his henchmen as baby killers and war criminals. Poor Cindy was arrested. She cried out: "Why are you arresting me, Why don't you arrest that war criminal in Whitehouse". This happened few months back and as usual there was scant coverage, no photo and no video.
Compare this with the fake flogging video of a woman that was blown out of proportion that hit the headlines and "shocked" the country and was main subject in newspapers, blogs, chats, debates for months. There were widespread demonstrations too. Where are those people now? Why there is deafening silence?
If any one remembers, even if the video is assumed to be authentic, the woman supposed to have been flogged "walked" away after the incident. Pathetic!
And they want another Martial law

Exactly the point I was making then and continue to make today. Media of course has FAILED US COMPLETELY (compare the pics we get from Afghanistan and even Palestine to what we get here...ZILCH!) Maybe the murder of Hayatullah Khan and later his wife did its work (see bottom of this comment)

Its high time US stops playing god with drones,they better play some virtual reality computer simulated shooting game in which they can kill as many as they like and feel good & satisfied about it, they should spare the innocent women/children who have committed no crime but are being mercilessly butchered with impunity.
People are being butchered by US in Pakistan/Afghanistan/Iraq with impunity
People are being butchered by Israelis(patronized by US) in Palestine with impunity
People are being butchered by Indians(encouraged by US) in Kashmir
