Muslims haven't produced scientists who could be noted in the past 200 years, for a variety of reasons. I have already mentioned those reasons before, in past threads;
(1) Injustice within our ranks
(2) fighting off constant warswhen foreigners were financing their wars through infinite amount of paper money which had no value.
(3) slavery
(a) direct slavery at the hands of foreign oppressors
(b) indirect slavery at the hands of remnants of British era colonial stooges (British, who were themselves slaves of Jews/Zionists)
(c) indirect slavery at the hands of American financed feudals, Pakistan Army included
Americans, Europeans, British are forced to submit to Jews for domestic reasons. Jews make Americans work against us/Muslims. Jews pull strings of Americans, who then finance puppets within our land, for benefit of Jews.
Even today, there is no justice among Muslims. That is the root cause, because of which Muslims have not been able to produce great scholars.
Mr. Javed Sheikh has also started repeating the same questions over and over again, after they have been addressed.
I have repeated these words before on past threads. I don't want to repeat them again.

Jews did not even have their own homeland until recently but it never stopped them from producing genuises.
We have a nasty habit of blaming others for our faults.Ignorant mulla is a major cause of our backwardness.
