Where does Western Asia start from on a map?
Are Semite lands Western Asia? Mid-east! no ? Would Egyptology and Mesopotamia fit? Turkey has to be one of the most westerly Asian nation.
You need to be bit more specific, perhaps civilization names, times or rulers on whose clock the art flourished would help.

Here's an idea. Nabataean era.
I have interest in the Nabataeans among Babylonia, in particular in Madain Saleh near the town of Al Ola of Saudi Arabia. The architecture is similar to Petra which is also Nabataean. These are the houses of the Thamud when they were inflicted.

The Nabataean work is typically marked by an eagle.
These are somewhat unexplored sites due to Saudi restrictions to the visitors, but only recently became frequent.

thankyou barakosama,i will use "Nabataeans" in one of the examples of Babylonia...the picture shows that it must have an amazing architecture and history but why would Saudies restrict it from public view?...it would rather have increased their tourism and visitors if they had allowed it for visiting...
@gv
dont be sorry....no problem....the name might have tricked you as it bamboozled me when i first came to know about it...

@Rhyme
This is a place of azaab, so called rocky tract (Surah Al Hajr). Enroute to the battle of Tabouk, the Prophet SAW and the Sahabas stopped over these ruins. He showed the well from which the she camel and baby used to drink off. People had made dough from the well water, which he ordered not to be eaten and thrown to the camels. Also said to pass this place rather quickly least you are inflicted with similar punishment. So not a place meant for tourism for the Muslims. The Thamud are old Arab people (not Hebrew) who used to carve houses in the mountains. You will find references of these folks in mostly Meccan surahs to serve a reminder to the Meccans. The Meccan trade caravans used to pass this road to Levant and were well aware of these old and powerful Arabs who got perished. The architecture definitely shows their magnificence.

Some of these are actually tombs according the experts who can interpret carved Nabataean writing. Some future graves.

I hate the large picture, but good for detail.

The Nabataeans' work at their capital Petra in Jordan is more detail oriented. And, of course the Western archeologists know more about Petra than Madain Saleh.

Anyway, good going with the project.
