Agree, he is has been a disappointment. He has been worried about how to keep this corrupt, inept gov't afloat. When that isn't his job.

If he can't do his role than it is time he and the rest of the judiciary quit.

Lawyers' movement was indeed a liars' movement. It was joined and supported by so many corrupt politicians also. Hundreds of people died, but the outcome is nothing.

The law of Allah's nature is always existent. It will punish the corrupt lawyers and the corrupt politicians. The blood of hundreds died in the movement will not go wasted as per the law of Allah's nature.

  4. actually too much of expectations always ends up with disappointment.
same has happened with the CJ.
he is only the CJ of the country. not the chief executive of the country.but we all expect him to act and work like a Cheif executive officer of the country.which he cant.obviously.
we expect him to take notice of every single mishap of the country. which is not possible in a country where problems are unlimited but responsibilities are limited.

High expectations were delivered by him and his colleagues during the lawyers' movement. The politicians supporting him also boosted high expectations of the public. If a helpless man was to be restored with a similar degree of helplessness, then why hundreds of people died and billions of rupees were wasted?

I DO think that CJ and judiciary is trying to do its work honestly, but the status-quo corrupts and blood suckers sitting in the parliament, government and so called opposition are creating obstacles for judiciary for every step it take. I think it's time, judiciary should take a bold stand against this useless and corrupt govt and send them home for not protecting the basic rights of its citizens, wide spread corruption and for deteriorating law and order situation.

The blood of hundreds of innocent Karachiites died in recent target killings will not go wasted as per law of Allah and law of nature.

Firstly, we have to re-structure our judiciary. We are still maintaining the colonial leftover judiciary of the British regime. The British structured it to safeguard the interests of the government not exactly to provide justice to public.

All the claims made during the lawyers' movement were just bundles of lies. The corrupt politicians supported it for their own political benefits.
