When is CJ opening corruption cases again NS??

(19 posts)

NS is not a beneficiary of NRO which means he never had any immunity against corruption cases and yet CJ or any other political party have not said a word about those cases??
Why CJ never touched any corruption cases against NS during all this time??

    *qarz utaaro mulk sanwaro
    *peeli taxi
    *Abbas Sugar mills
    *Raiwand Farms
*Lowering import duty for one night to import Itefaq Foundary consignments
    *Steel mills

    and list goes on.....

The best part, the same NS and N-League become champions of independent judiciary and anti-corruption...

This is what I call munafiqat.

One can clearly observe that Establishment has never really accepted PPP in power. And once again its using all its muscles and teeth to bring a change in the current set up. And on other hand PPP government too is making miscalculated blunders (especially in those things where she can take full credit) and axing her own feet.

"Kuch shehr k log b zalim thy,
kuch humen b maranr da shok tha"

We all saw how establishment reacted when PPP government tried to control ISI and on KL Bill.

There are four provincial units and one federal government but the blame of bad governance solely is directed towards Zardari. Even the prime minister Gillani (who is the appointee of Zardari himself) is acceptable provided if Zardari is removed.

Further many tv anchors are especially insisting on the fact that all those who benefitted from NRO (esp MQM, military and civil bureaucrats) from 5th october 2007 to 3rd Feb 2008 are legitimate beneficiaries.

  4. Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,

I agree with Pak Army on KL Bill.

as for controlling ISI, PPP's intentions are not good. They did it on the orders of USA or its agencies. If their intentions were good, I would then detest Pak Army's action.

I believe PPP has ALWAYS been the group of traitors of Pakistan and STILL IS.

  5. whenever some one points their fingers at PPP they try to hide behind either NS or their sindhism wakes up and try to put all the blame on punjabis. Why dont you look into your self.

Every one knows how NS made his wealth, we all r 100% sure that NS is also corrupt and there were lot of cases against him but the president at that time gave him immunity and thats the reason why he does not need any NRO.

and your second point that blame of bad governance is directed toward zardari because every one knows how much authority puppet gillani has. OK as per your wish we will start cursing Gillani from now on but tell me
who has finalized the KL bill? who went US for that?
Who made and broke the promises on the judiciary issues?
who ordered for a Governor raj in punjab?

Ok even we will start blaming MQM for NRO because they have taken more advantage but who is more sleepless because of NRO? MQM or Zardari? who is working day and night which he should work for poor people, and putting all his efforts to pass this bill? who is offering our tax money to these looters to save his a**?

come on guys talk serious, you have holes in your bucket but all your efforts are directed to others.

Y do u think ns shud hav stayed in jail?! Was it a crime to be 2/3rd majority PM. What right did mush have to put him in jail? It was for the ppl to judge him not a general, the ppl wudve thrown him outta pak politics once n for all in the next election. I dont consider such an arangement 'raat ka andhera' unless ones stupid enuff to believe the hijaking case a story which the SC has now discarded. Bhutto stayed in jail what did he get? He got hanged fr giving the ppl of pak a voice, go bak to 1971 n see what the country was like n wat our politics was like, bhutto brought a revolution.NS cases shud be opened but wat bout mush n q league, the chaudrys looted 11 billion frm punjab bank alone courtesy himesh khan. The politicians hav always paid the price for their actions be it in the form of hanging imprisonment exile orflogging, when will we demand for an army general to be hanged after all theyve looted the country fr 62 yrs. Theyre responsible for the emergence of the leadership we hav today, they neva let institutions form n genuine leadership to emerge.

Yea NS shud be tried for corruption. But let me clearify, u said 'made all his wealth from'. He made his wealth frm the ittefaq group the foundations of which were laid in 1937 n when it became the largest group in pak paying the highest tax in 1971 with over 10,000 employees it was nationalized by bhutto without a penny being paid to the sharifs at this point the sharifs had nothin to do with politics. They also suffered heavy losses during both terms of BB. For politicians it goes both way they win sumthin n they lose sumthin but for generals its a win-win situation.

That is why they love this system because these rulers can do corruption at mass scale with legal formalities fulfilled.

How can you sue them while they are obeying the 'law' :-)

Yea the sharifs did indulge in corruption during their govt but plz support ur 'jaddi pushtee' argument wit facts, this isnt a mushaira n ur no jaalib so refrain frm 'main nahi maanta' n argue on merits

  17. dear bilal

Please dont waste your energy in proving that all the wealth owned by NS came through legal means. Yes i agree that they were smarter than zardari so instead of getting direct bribery they played with the taxation system. Lowering duty for one night, foreign currency scandals etc. and you could see their character when it comes to return a drop back to pakistan they show that they are underloan from their daughter and wife etc.

Imagine a person having bank balance of 5000 Rs and who is heavily under loan travels with a chartered planes.

Generals became milliores from zero, while Nawaz Shareef already had Ittefaq Foundary and other businesses. But he added wealth by some BRA HAATH too.
