Where should I study? (Which engineering university should I join?)

    I'm a Fsc. student,and I will be attending the second year Examination this year.I'm very confused about where to apply to study Engineering.I want to be a Mechanical Engineer,I'm very much interested in Power generation(both Mechanical and Electrical).I don't know which university will teach me best.
    Please help me.
