Who deserves our love, respect and honour as the true leader?

(36 posts)
  1. Allaah never gives a good ruler to the nation of wrong doers. The more a nation gets away from Islaam the worse rulers they will get.

Solution for Pakistan and rest of the Muslim world is very easy to understand but requires lots of efforts by each and every individual like you and me. If every person becomes a good Muslim and have taqwa in their hearts Allaah will than eventually bless them with a good ruler as a reward for their efforts.

Let Islaam give you a good government and not the other way round like we expect from this corrupt and failed system called Democracy.

In Quraan and sunnah we are clearly told not to immitate the non-muslims and yet in our foolishness we are bent upon following their corrupt ideas and beliefs.

Make Muhammad salAllaahu alaihi wasallam your leader and let no other person ever born share this honour and love as he salAllaahu alaihi wasallam deserves.

This is the message we need to spread. Let us spend all our resources in spreading and acting upon this message.

Rulers will come and go but if we don’t change our own state of affairs every next ruler will be worse than the previous one.

Till the time of your ideal state comes, we have to live with democracy and should vote for the most honest leader currently - Imran Khan. Every person should at least do this small good.

Or do you believe, until the time of your ideal state comes, Nawas and Zardari should be left to keep on exchanging power?

I find it much safer and better for my aakhirat to not to vote at all and avoid being considered a partner in this crime and sin called democracy.

And be sure that your Imran Khan, if ever elected to power, will be the last and the worst most lesson for the democracy lovers.

If you really want to change the state of affairs in Pakistan for better than just focus on how you and your family can become better Muslims.

Our only problem is that we do not have the Help of Allaah with us. Because Allaah does not help a nation of wrong doers.

You are absolutely right. We need an honest and decent politician like Imran Khan to put an end to the exploitation of the pakistani people. It's high time that the people realize
that power-hungry and corrupt politicans are a major part of the problem Pakistan is facing today.

we the PK nation is part of the problem , not part of the solution , so your observations are correct BUT history is replete with examples of charismatic / capable leaders who turned around the fates of nations......so if Allah's wants he will send someone righteous....but I am more worried about the ummah and a revival is needed for it too.....

No bad character person can be called as a honest.
Honesty is only a political drama to make public fool.
We will have to get rid of this regime.
Only a young, energetic ,learned leadership can do something for us.

we have alot potential leaders who can lead country towards prosperity but the problem in our country establishment have thier own aganda and they do'nt allow political people to work for the interest of common people because they are currupt and incompetant people installed in our system.

we need revolution in establishment if it works then we have alot choices to bring a honest person who can lead the nation towards progress.

if we failed to bring revolt in establihsment then i am so sorry we have alot leaders available in the form of imran in the past one of them hanged like ZAB.

I have noticed that almost every discussion on this forum revolves one way or the other IMRAN KHAN/PTI.

It seems a lot of dedicated workers are deputed to post coments favouring IK.

Previously, MQM workers were using same publicity method.
    Now, PTI has improved version.

I don't know if you are working on PMLN agenda but what you are saying is something that parties like PMLN and PPP LONG FOR!

That is: keep the thinking Pakistani out of the political process. If the thinking Pakistani doesn't vote, PMLN and PPP will benefit.

These corrupt parties don't rely on the vote of a conscious Pakistani, but rather on feudalistic, fraud and thuggish politics. Their interests lie in keeping the masses illiterate, and those that are educated, keeping them away from the political process. If they could achieve the later, they will have won.

The benefit of an educated and conscious Pakistani not voting in the election process, as you propose, will lie with these corrupt parties who rely on the votes garnered through fraud, feudalism and other crooked measures. Thus your proposal is a recipe for disaster.

How could we benefit them like that?

Please go on and struggle for removal of democracy and the ideal Islamic state but as long as there is democracy and voting process in place, we SHOULD NOT ABSTAIN, we should vote for the right alternative, which is Imran Khan, the only honest candidate in the current lot.

NOT VOTING IS NOT AN OPTION until your ideal state is implemented.

If we are the dedicated workers of PTI, then most Pakistanis are. Are the polls showing Imran Khan on top of public opinion participated by dedicated workers of PTI? If you believe so, that's all the good news: majority of Pakistanis are die hard PTI workers.

The party you are sympathetic to, PMLN, does not have any idea about what's going on. As I said, PMLN is not even a genuine political party, doesn't rely on genuine support of funding form its supporters. It was the creation of agencies, funded and supported in elections by the agencies, and brought to power by agencies. It is now an enterprise for the corrupt fuedals, land mafia and assorted thugs, headed by a person who has accumulated billions dollars worth of assets in foreign countries.

PTI on the other hand is a genuine political party based on a vision and dream of its leader, inspired by a genuine will to change the country for the better. You cannot understand the natural support PTI gets from the ordinary people.

I have no doubt when I said that almost all the members on this forum have a high level of intellect and quality in their diversified knowledge which I saw in the posts they writs on the non political threads, like Sher o Nagham or other social topics.

I am disappointed by your agreement with the PMLN supporters.

I for one have not attended on single political activity of PTI (not that I am proud of that), yet I support PTI for the clear reason that Imran is hundred times better than Nawas and Zardari, and provides some hope of improvement compared the darkness represented the other two thugs.

Many ordinary people like me do so. Many Pakistanis living in foreign countries, who have nothing practical to do with the politics of Pakistan, support Imran Khan for the same reason.

You should rise above from the old thinking. I know the effect of PMLN and PPP's politics is very negative on the common people - it leaders to suspicious and conspiracy thinking.

You may be right about certain group of people, but then there are opinion makers in every gali-mohalla in Pakistan. Don't you think the opinion makers will influence the "non-political" voters? I don't believe each and every Pakistani will start voting, but I believe that IF the right environment is provided i.e. NO ghunda ghardhi. cheating, violence, guns etc. then we will see that people will come and vote. We should strive for at least 2/3 of eligible voters to come out and vote IMO.

Btw: App. 35 million fake votes have vanished and almost a similar number of young voters will enter, and that is the reason for nooners, piplyas and others sh*tt*ng in their pants ;)

  17. It makes me very sad and worried to see the lame excuses these democracy lovers are making here to justify their support and involvement in the democracy which is a totaly unislamic and baatil system. It will be far more beneficial for you to be worried about your success in aakhirat and of your family rather than worrying about the success of democracy.

For non-Muslims Allaah promised them all the luxuries and enjoyment of this dunya but for us Muslims are the great bounties of aakhira. Democracy may have produced a few temporary short term benefits for some non-Muslim nations but it is still a system that favours only those who are good at fooling others. The other great harm that lies in democracy is that it distracts people from their main goal for which Allaah created them. This main goal is to truly believe in Allaah and
worship Him with all sincerity and properly according to the Quraan and Sunnah.

Pakistan and the rest of the Muslim ummah has no other choice but to make themselves deserving for the Help of Allaah by believing in and practicing the true Islaam. Not even a leaf falls down from the tree without the Permission of Allaah so how can a nation, where almost in every house disobediance of Allaah takes place day and night, can get a good ruler ewithout the permission of Allaah.

Allaah does not help a nation of wrongdoers that is busy only in blindly following the corrupt practices, values and beliefs of the kuffaar.

I find it a bit funny when a Muslim tells another Muslim that Muhammed(SAW) is our true leader.Don't the Muslims already know?
Muhammad was not only a leader,he was prophet too, that too a last one.But the one who posted article missed the point.

Muslim as a nation can produce hundereds and thousands of leaders and neither God nor Muhammad has ever stopped them from doing this.Imran is one of the few modern world leader a Muslim society needs and he would surely make us proud, prosperous and better with his performance.

It is worrying that people like wdurrani keep on ranting about the best in the current lot of politicians. I see him primarily targeting Ik when his guns should have been towards those who are proven crooks.

I found this old video from 2003. An IK speech which shows that he consistent about his vision.

But for the time being, we should caste our vote for the right candidate: Imran Khan.

You want people to stay away from the election process in the name of Islam so that corrupts like Zardari and Nawas keep on robbing the public?

More and more people should partake in the election process and vote for the honest candidate.

  21. Most of the people who comments on this website are Imran Khan's blind followers thats why I am targeting him.

Matters are bound to get worse no matter who forms the government. Because democracy is not the solution its the problem itself. Solution is that we return back to Quran and Sunnah immediately. By participating in democracy you will help this wrong system in spreading greater harm.

Your emotional blind following of Imran Khan will earn you no rewards on the Day of Judgement which may be more closer to you than the next elections.

Follow Muhammad salAllaahu alaihi wassallaam in all matters of your daily life.

  22. @wantinsaf,

Ummah doesn't need any leaders stuffing democracy down the peoples throats. We need good rulers like Abu Bakar, Umar, Uthmaan and Ali radiAllaahu anhum ajmaeen who will rule us strictly according to the way that Allaahnhas commanded. But we have only one leader who is Muhammad salAllaahu alaihi wasallam. And Allaah will bless us with good rulers when we start obeying Allaah and fear Him as He should be feared.

A false system like democracy will never produce good rulers but more wrong doers as we have seen in the past.

We need hundreds and thousands of honest, sincere, and brave true scholars of Islaam who spread in every street and village and teach people the true Islaam. And they should do it only for the sake of Allaah without any greed or any other political ambition. This is a huge task but it is the only solution.

People who deserve our respect are those who are humble, honest and generous.

As far as democracy being anti Islam is concerned, Islam has made it absolutely clear that any nation that seeks the help of the lord of the universe must help itself first.

Hoping that individuals as great as Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and his companions would come again, is an absolute fallacy- this will not happen.

Waiting for a messiah is just an excuse to absolve oneself of the responsibility.

We must choose amongst the people who we think are worthy.

Therefore, If someone is irked by the term democracy, they can use another name for it, but the system of democracy, especially presidential democracy is much more viable and capable of implementing islamic laws in totality.

Again - God helps those who help themselves.

  24. @zenith

    What is our responsibility?

Allaah says in Surah 51, Ayah 56:

"And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone)."

Why would someone overlook this great responsibility and run after something that is much less important as Allaah says in Surah 6, Ayah 32:

"And the life of this world is nothing but play and amusement. But far better is the house in the Hereafter for those who are Al-Muttaqun. Will you not then understand?"

@zenith and everyone else please think again about this verse again. Allaah is asking you:

    "Will you not then understand?"

And let us look at ourselves that how are we answering this question?

    @wdurrani,

But still, as long there is an election process, no pain in voting for right candidate, right?

It's still better, no matter how rotten a system democracy may be, to have a leader like Imran Khan on top than a Nawas or a Zardari.

Won't it strengthen this evil and satanic system further?

Allaah says in sura 4, ayah 119:

"And whoever takes Shaitan as a Wali (protector or helper) instead of Allah, has surely suffered a manifest loss."

You will surely be considered an ally of Shaitan and his friends by participating in democracy.

  27. Two ahadith from Sahih Muslim:

Reported on the authority of 'Abd al-Rahman bin Samura who said: The Messenger of Allaah (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) said to me: 'Abd al-Rahman, do not ask for a position of authority, for if you are granted this position as a result of your asking for it, you will be left alone (without the help of Allaah to discharge the responsibilities attendant thereon), and if you are granted it without making any request for it, you will be helped (by Allaah in the discharge of your duties).

Narrated by Abu Musa who said: Two of my cousins and I entered the apartment of the Prophet (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam). One of them said: Messenger of Allaah (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam), appoint us rulers of some lands that the Almighty and Glorious Allaah has entrusted to your care. The other also said something similar. He (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam)said: We do not appoint to this position one who asks for it nor anyone who is eager for possessing it.

    A hadith from Sahih Bukhari:

Narrated Abu Hurairah radiAllaahu anhu: Messenger of Allah (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) said, "All my followers will enter Paradise except those who refuse." They said, "O Messenger of Allah (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam)! Who will refuse?" He said, "Whoever obeys me will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys me is the one who refuses (to enter it)."

My questions to all the readers is: Who will you obey? Muhammad(sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam)or your own desires?

    @wdurrani,

How about struggling for the ideal Islamic state and casting vote for the right candidate at the same time? I will be doing no harm, right?

Abstaining will mean, that for the time that the Democratic system remains, corrupts will win elections and loot this country and make it slaves to other Kufaar nations. Isn't this against what Islam teaches?

Therefore, I can't abstain, because that will be a sin.

It appears that you have not carefully read the ahadeeth I quoted above. Please think again:

Reported on the authority of 'Abd al-Rahman bin Samura who said: The Messenger of Allaah (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) said to me: 'Abd al-Rahman, do not ask for a position of authority, for if you are granted this position as a result of your asking for it, you will be left alone (without the help of Allaah to discharge the responsibilities attendant thereon), and if you are granted it without making any request for it, you will be helped (by Allaah in the discharge of your duties).

Is it true that the people who want's to come in power (authority) through participating in democracy are asking for if and thus they are not elligible for it according to this hadith? This hadith further says that they will be left alone and Allaah will not help them. So my brother/sister tell me, can someone make things better without the help of Allaah? Without the help of Allaah things will only go worse and worse. I have full faith in this hadeeth and I believe that the problems of Pakistan will keep on getting worse and worse no matter Imran Khan, Nawaz Sharif, or anyone else comes to power via this corrupt and wrong system. And all you will earn for yourself is disobedience of Allaah and his Messenger salAllaahu alayhi wa sallam, remorse and regret by helping such people.

Please think again my brother/sister about this advice from our beloved Prohet Muhammad salAllaahu alayhi wa sallam the most wise person ever born. He is saying to a sahaabi (from the best of Muslims) that if you get the rule and authority by asking for it Allaah will not help you. These present political personalities are worth less than the dust under the feet of a sahaabi. What good they can deliver without the help of Allaah? Only the evil is what they can deliver for sure.

    Please understand.
