    Please help the victims of Pakistan's massive floods!

    I'm sure there are lot of people who would like to donate.
    Edhi foundation does not take credit cards or pay pal.
    Why don't you setup a site to accept small donations and then forward the funds to a reliable organization?

    PS:Maybe Pkpolitics will be generous enough to match the donations.I'm sure they can let go some of the revenues being generated because of the members.

    I back what zia m is saying. Talk, talk, talk the livelong day is all very well. But to do something for a change, no, that's asking too much from this oft frequented blog.

    Please GTK, start something and we'll all contribute. And then, as zia m says, perhaps Pkpolitics will chip in as well. These flood vitims need all the help they can get.

    Thanks guys but there is a Pakistan wiki page in the details section of the video, I forgot to put it in here. you can send money to the charity of your choice. Also the last featured thread had some charities numbers in it.

    I appreciate the trust, but it is too much of a responsibility. I have already sent money back to my area, you can do the same or send to some trusted organization.

    Hopefully this will encourage people to help out fellow Pakistani citizens in this hour of need.

    (1) ALLAH created mankind
    (2) ALLAH gave mankind the decision making power
    (3) ALLAH gave mankind the action taking power
    (4) ALLAH gave mankind thinking power
    (5) ALLAH gave mankind DEEN (i.e., DEEN-e-Islam) (the standards, rules, laws, principles, guidelines, ways)
    (6) ALLAH gave mankind a world, a universe to explore, to discover, to learn, to learn from

    to test him, to see how the man conducts himself;

    Does the man obey ME (ALLAH ALMIGHTY) ? or does the man obey his own whims, desires, lust, etc etc ?

    This life is about 'consistent' 'struggle'. This life is about 'self reliance'. If we don't 'struggle', if we are not interested in saving our own selves, no one else is going to be 'motivated', no one else is going to bother to come to save our soul.

    It is us! who have to struggle, as an individual as well as a collective. We have to stand up, individually as well as a collective. We have to come together. We have to join forces. We have team up. We have to organize. We have to struggle. We have to work hard! at it.

    The bottom line, the key word is: 'struggle'. The second key word is 'collective struggle'.
