    Just watched a video of Najam's Sethi where he has been asking Imran Khan and his party to holds sit ins against Talibans and their attacks.Here is a link to watch out the videos.Najam Sethi is disliked beacuse of his likeness of American's policies towards Pakistan and Afghanistan which ahve proved to be disaster for both the nations.
    But why does people like Najam Sethis don't come out of their houses against Talibans and suicide bombing?If they believe their cause is right,why don't we see them in streets?
    The answer is perhaps,they are just paid for speaking.And secondly,they are coward who fear of death if they come out of their houses.Both the reasons leads us to the conclusion such people lack the courage and have no faith in their cause as they are just doing it in return of heavy amount of dollars.

    When anchor asked najam sethi in this video,PTI contends "Drone fuels terrorism".He had no answer except saying rubbish like PNS Mehran attack is the bigger drone attack.His answer clearly exposes his intellect as he doesn't know where has this all terror been coming from.Which area of Pakistan has been producing suicide bombers?

  2. watinsaf, you are quite right to question both Najam Sethi's words and his intentions. He is not the most trustworthy of our media people.

    As for TTP, I expect the whole thing is much more complex than we imagine. Only a radical change in government will be able to round them up and, as IK says, disarm them.

    Most people have now illusions about the likes of Najam Sethi. He is a sell out and cannot be trusted. I am amazed that he now haves his own tv program on GEO. How can they promote anyone like him? Maybe just like they promote Indian Bollywood?

    Geo sells whatever sells well. It might believe that Najam has the ability to sell so they hired him. Just like they hired Meera to do the "Kaun Banega Meera Pati".

    As I have concluded above,we would never see such people on streets for the above mentioned reasons.These cowards have no cause except making money and their services are available anytime if u are ready to pay them their price.

    Imran and PTI came on streets because they have faith in their cause and they are not hired guns like these people.

  6. I am amazed at this post. NS is not a politician he is just an anchor and an analyst. If you think he is a paid anchor by the US then stop listening to him and listen to the anchors who are on the ISI payrol.

    I am a Pushtun and my village is just 30mins from S waziristan. I can tell you with out any reservations that these suicide attacks are not due to drone attacks. The Taliban have absolutely annihilated my province; they have made life a living hell for the people. Their agenda is to take over Pakistan and create an Islamic Emirate and they will do anything in their power to reach that goal. They take the young children from poor families, brain wash them and then send them to our bazaars so that they can kill our women and our children. If the Taliban are so angry at drone strikes then why are they killing innocent women and children? What do these poor people have to do with drone strikes? Why dont they go and attack the US army instead who are just a short drive the other side of the border?

    Imran Khan is on the pay of the ISI and he is leading all of you astray. Dont forget Imran Khan first was friends with Hamid Gul when he started in politics.

  8. I agree with utopia. Instead of relying on second of third hand news, we from our areas, if it is possible and not a burden/risk to do so, kindly do post your first hand experiences along with some recorded evidence. Great idea!

    I am amazed at this post. NS is not a politician he is just an anchor and an analyst..

    Brother, Nawas Sharif is a widely recognized political leader of PML-N, who leads a very credible political party (2nd in place and if we have a transparent electoral process then most probably the first in place).

    "Great idea! "

    Postscript1 : Instead of recycling the ISPR's boring press releases!

    ps2: By NS i guess he meant najam sethi.

  11. Yes utopia, and thanks for pointing it out. NS means Nawaz Sharif and Najam Sethi, both.

    Idea is that we should float news about/from our localities as a first hand experience, without exposing ourselves. What is you say on this brother?

    @S.E.Mirza
    I think he was reffering to (N)ajam (S)ethi hence NS and not Nawaz Sharif. hahaha

    @yusafkhan
    Demonstration is a right of every citizen. If NSethi feels there should be a demonstration, why does not he do that.
    Demonstrations are usually done to show public strength for/against an action. What would anyone achieve by demonstration against TTP when everyone in Pakistan (including IK and PTI ) agrees what TTP does is wrong.
    Drone attacks have GoP approval plus GoP portrays to the west that the people in Pakistan have no problem with it. The Dharnas were symbolic to show that gharatmand Pakistanis are against it.
