There are 2 on-going topics directly related to MQM. One is started by an MQM supporter and the other is just discussing their future in punjab.
Third one has to do with Sindh where MQM is a coalition partner. You can't critize Taliban for problems in Sindh, so its quite relevent.
Plz point to specific things?
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 9:13 # -
no its not the case .
many threads has nothing to do with MQM .Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 9:18 # -
Sirf Pakistani:
You will see a lot of thread Bashing Zardari, Talibaan, JI, Nawaz, ANP, Army, Media.... But Yes..... If you do (means any party) something wrong then obviously people will criticise.Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 9:20 # -
Might be wrong, but it is my impression after reading most of the threads, that a Leader or Party, mostly criticized and ridiculed at the Forum, looks to be an emerging winner.
As no body kicks a dead horse.Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 10:27 # -
Javed Shaikh dil khush ker diya
YOU ROCK !!!!Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 10:28 # -
lolzz
This logic can also be applied to ZARDARI !!!
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 10:36 # -
JS,
By your theory Taliban must also be on their way to become single largest party of Pakistan cuz they get criticized a lot?
MQM has been in political arena for little over 2 decades and they're still limited to 2 cities. Let's see what future holds for them.
:-)
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 10:36 # -
For your kind info.
They got 2 seats in KASHMIR assembly.
Their MPA's elected from sukker, mirpur khas & nawabshah also.
NOT ONLY 2 CITIES.& BTW PML(N) is in 2 provinces but it doesnt mean that its smaller party.
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 10:39 # -
PML has also won 2/3 majority. Did I miss that with MQM? ;-)
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 10:41 # -
according to this theory ...
Hitler ,Mir Jafer ,Mir Sadiq,Changez Khan ,Halaku Khan should be declared winners .
as they have been criticized for their wrong deeds .Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 10:41 # -
You missed the difference between emerging and surviving.
The Groups and Parties you have mentioned, are no doubt emerging as a force.
But only the Fittest will survive.
To gauge the status of the Fittest and to reach an analytical deduction, we need to use our common sense and keep an eye over the Barometer to watch which way the wind is blowing?
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 10:49 # -
Both have gun toting militants in their ranks.
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 10:52 # -
Changez Khan and Halaku khan is still surviving in the history ...but due to their bad deeds .
it means ,if MQM is surviving .
it is not necessarily their good deeds .Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 10:54 # -
Hence proven through counter examples that the logic "that a Leader or Party, mostly criticized and ridiculed at the Forum, looks to be an emerging winner" is flawed.

JS Sahib,
Have you applied this theory of yours in any other field of life?Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 11:02 # -
Dear Khan Sahib,
I am sorry, I failed to understand your interesting and philosophical query.
Would you please, elaborate a little bit further, to make it simple?Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 11:08 # -
"Changez Khan and Halaku khan is still surviving in the history ...but due to their bad deeds "
Indians think that ALAMGIR is the worst ever ruler who was ruling on SUB CONTINENT while Pakistani & Bengali consider him the best. Its upto the perception & mindset.Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 13:24 # -
@Sirf Pakistani

@sohail, MQM is not limited to 2 cities. They are trying to expand which is a welcome move. your favourite N-LEague is limited to Central and NOrth Punjab and they are making 0 efforts to expand into other cities.

To everyone ! There has never been any fair elections in the history of Pakistan. Hence, i don't accept that which party is the most popular one based on their seats in NA or PAs. Why don't you guys put in front the results of elections held in last 30 years and you will see high fluctuations. That can never happen in the normal societies. All the elections were engineered even those held in 2008. It was already decided that PPP will get enough seats to make coalition government and Q league will be outside government. Similarly the quotas were fixed for N-league, MQM and JUI-F. Don't you see that Molvi Fazal lost seat from his native constituency but after three days he was declared victorious from another constituency. Same formula was applied for his brother Mr. Prado.
On the other hand this can't be accepted that Ch. Shujaat loses his own seat but his brother Wajahat wins. Does Wajahat is more popular than Ch. Shujaat?
My dear friends... we need to come out of such shells and act positively.
sirfpakistani and expakistani.. i don't know if you are same or bros or cousins... but remember that the actualy popularity of a party depends upon the results of completely free and fair elections. We are not against MQM. But we have right to criticize everyone who policies and practices are wrong or unfair. Don't you think that MQM(H) should also be given the liberty to run their movement? Can you answer what will happen if they are also free to campaign?
I pray that we have fair elections and get fair and honest leadership for our country. Aameen
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 15:25 # -
Sir I'd say N-LEague and PPP are still the most popular parties of Pakistan and these two combined will win majority of seats if you hold elections today. Yes, manipulation takes place to tie hands of political parties but overall, these two parties are the most popular ones.
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 15:28 # -
Janab-e-Aali.. i did not say that these parties don't exist and yet they get the votes. I referred to the election results as they are not the yardstick to measure the real popularity of a party. Rather I think that even PPP could get more seats to make government solely in 2008 elections. The only vote which I casted in my life was for "Arrow".

----------------------------------------------------
Getting personal and calling members 'hindu' who support mqm. Why?You are warned not to repeat the same.
There are many who appreciate the 'good work by mqm' if you have not realized yet.
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 16:14 # -
@mirza sahib
I am not getting personal to any one..... hum bhi "hindu agent" group main hain jo MQM ko support kerta hey...
there are few who just throw dirty on MQM so woh " certified muslims" hain.... they cant do any thing wrong.
its just grouping jesey back bone wala janwar hota hey ya without backbone wala janwar hota hey....
samjhney ke baat hey
ایک نکتے نے خدا کو ہم سے جدا کر دیا
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 16:26 # -
@expakistani
My point was that supporters of MQM are not necessarily hindu.Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 16:36 # -
not really... lets categorize them as "Non certified muslims"
rest are "certified muslims"ab kuch hain aap!!!
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 16:42 # -
Now this thread should be changed to "Why every topic in this forum is diverted to Islam?"
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 16:45 # -
@expakistani
It would be nice to discuss why every topic in this forum is diverted to MQM?Is it really the case?
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 16:51 # -
@ JJ khan
i didnt say islamwaley... i said muslim.
Bhai aaj ke muslims or islam main kia taluq hey....?
@mirza
Bhai this is the observation from a new member... he felt that every single topic end up with MQM ... Ab us se hi pocho na....
Yes my observation is that some how every other topic end up with Govt, MQM, Zardari, and Jew bashingAll i am trying my best to explain grouping on this board, there are two visible groups here "Certified muslims" and
"non certified muslims"Ab jo certified hain woh janati hongey, pakistani hongey
without certification na janat meley gi or na Patriot pakistani baney gey.....Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 16:57 # -
@expakistani
At a political forum like pkpdiscuss people discuss issues relating to Govt, MQM, Zardari, others and even jews.
I do not see any problem with that so far. There is no harm in a healthy discussion.Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 17:06 # -
ofcourse there is no harm... but here is one example
kuch logon ke akal ke BEENAI esi hey ke un ko MQM ka kuch achanhi lagta ...or kuch logon ko to QUAIDKAMAZR bhi bohat khosorat lagta hey... MAZAR ke ander QABARwala hey us per kia guzarti hey...kesi ko pata ho to batao?
apney apney view points hain....
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 17:14 # -
lol i can only spare to laugh at your comments expakistani.
please allow me to clarify, i created my username to respect the Quaid's Mauosoleum and Jinnah the man himself.
Now if you want to twist everything into MQM bashing you most welcome. I only speak up when hate filled clearly fake propagandas are made against MQM...
and people like you clearly have an agenda of blind hate calling supporters of MQM hindu.
You are talking about being Muslim huh?
calling a Muslim a hindu is very unislamic in the first place and it means very big gunaah.You dont even know what you are saying in your venom of hate.

expakistani janaab,
woh toh bilkul alag topic hai yaar.Benazir ka kissa dekha tha na aap ne? phir bhi Altaf ki waapsi ki baat kar rahey ho.
Altaf's enemies range from feudals, agencies, to ordinary people, shart lagalo if he ever comes to Pakistan he is a dead man because Beenai would kill him lol.
khair on the long run, haan main aap se ittefaq karta hoon, he has to come back someday or pass on leadership to someone else. it would happen fikar na kariyo.
Posted 2 years ago on 11 Nov 2009 17:48 # -
"pass on leadership to someone else. it would happen fikar na kariyo"
Ha Ha Ha.. Wat a Joke! I am sure that u must have laughed your head off after reading your post... LOL
Posted 2 years ago on 12 Nov 2009 0:42 # -
members should control their expressions and carefully choose the words ,while posting.
titling some one as Hindu is not at all helping any one to understand your view point .
rather cursing ,name calling and titling making your view point weaker ,and shows that u have got nothing serious and logical to say in defense of your view point thats why u have started calling names.Posted 2 years ago on 12 Nov 2009 9:43 # -
MQM is one of the well organized pressure groups having strong control over life line (karachi)of Pakistan.
Due to this sole reason, all the governments are compelled to share power with MQM. NO MATTER PMLQ, PMLN, PPP, MILITARY DICTATOR ETC.
Majority of MQM people belong to educated middle class and self made.
For the time being, it is very difficult for any other party to make roots in karachi and challenge MQM.
Same way, MQM though trying hard by propaganda to spread its wings in other provinces, it is impossible for MQM to do so.
LEKEN KEHNE MEIN KIA HARJ HE.
Carry on.
Posted 2 years ago on 12 Nov 2009 10:40 # -
@truepakistani,
MQM is supported by ISI and other agencies .
and go for time to time chaos in the country ,as directed by agencies in order to divert the attention of public from a certain issue .Posted 2 years ago on 12 Nov 2009 11:35 # -
@beenai
agreed
Posted 2 years ago on 12 Nov 2009 15:44 # -
Also MQM is supported by majority of people in karachi and Hyderbad... and MQM have 40 + MNAs / MPAs.
conspiracy phobia eik bemari hey Jab AKAL ke beenai kamzoor ho to her cheez conspiracy nazar ati hey.... people who suffer from such problem think
there’s a group of people (or one person) sitting around in a room plotting things
Posted 2 years ago on 12 Nov 2009 17:48 # -
lol,
some peope are saying MQM is supported by agencies,
while their is a whole history of agencies smashing the hell out of MQM.
just give it up, its getting old.
Posted 2 years ago on 12 Nov 2009 19:25 # -
quaidkamazar,
MQM was formed by ISI... PERIOD!
Posted 2 years ago on 12 Nov 2009 19:29 # -
Khan Saahib,
if I start debating you its going to get really long and boring... maybe you would enjoy it, i would not.
MQM was not formed by the ISI... MQM was formed due to racism.
Seriously, drop the habit of ignoring facts for falling into conspiracies sir.
With same mentality you would say India broke Bangladesh, No, Pakistanis broke Bangladesh themselves for depriving them for all the years.
