Why PML-N dont register case against Mush? is it part of the deal with Saudi?

    I am wondering why PML-N dont try to register case under article 6 against Mush? instead they are asking PPP to register case.

    PML-N give reason that only federal govt. can register case under article 6. But still they can go to high court or supreme court as they are doing against PPP govt.
    Till now PML-N did nothing except زبانی جمع خرچ.

    I think this may be part of the deal with Saudi Arabia and Mushi.

    I am not sure if they can. My understanding is high treason under Article 6 can only be invoked by Federal government.

    May be you are right but at least they can submit an application to Supreme court/high court or try to register a case in Punjab. Later if supreme court or high court rejects then they can say well we tried but look we cant do it as its responsibility of Fed. govt.
