    Reminds me of my second job in Pakistan!!!
    A joint venture between an international giant in engineering and a Pakistani giant...

    But the managers were not that ....

    You know what I mean....! Don't you?

    You are correct to say that. People leave because of mis-management more as a reason then due to the company itself.
