even Rehman Malik must have been astonished at this....

Well inside and outside the country they all know that, Rehman Malik will be the qurbani ka bakra when it comes to the big choor...muchal sarkar!

In one of TV shows, General Ihsan said that BB had strictly advised not to put down any security plans of her security on paper, so that no one could have them, but Rehman malik sent high number of urgent "sos" labeled msgs and was able to get on paper a portion of security plan of BB, upon which Naheed Khan yelled and screamed at him for sending that in paperwork, plus there is a lot more out there....and rehman malik will be assassinated ....(my idea)

    zulum ki intiha hai!

Before, Zardari was misusing Presidential Palace, now he has started misusing Presidential Power. This is a signal to judges that they should not convict anyone dear to him.

This Presidential Pardon is for a very special man who knows lot of secrets, even about the murder of BB. Zardari knows that if he runs into troubles, he will put Zardari into trouble. His next pardon will be for that whiskey-boy Mushy, for he too has some secrets.

It is time for PPP to wake up and impeach this nutcase.

  11. Question: Zardari's pardon only pardon's his prison term. IT DOES NOT OVERTURN HIS CONVICTION. So Rehman Malik IS a confirmed CONVICT/MUJRIM.

What does the law say about a convict holding public office? Anyone know?

Guys it is now **** for tat..

It is now Punjabi Chaudhary Supreme Court Vs Zardari Awami Raj
If Chaudhary can keep his stooge Justice Sharif as Lahore High Court Chief Justice bypassing all rules
Then Zaradari has a right to keep his Stooge Rehman Malik as Interior Minister who is elected.

If Chaudhary’s Stooge Justice Sharif can revive 10 years old punishment..
Then Zardari has the constitutional right to pardon that.

  17. The courts had been publicly suspected of bias against the President & his coterie, their Lordships had been on the back foot in terms of public opinion.

Now the President is employing tactics which would have been a death knell for his political career and his party in a civilised electorate. Ironically, Mr Malik remains a convict.

Sadly, we worship might and the biggest goonda is the biggest hero. Witness Maula Jat and Jamshaid Dasti. The biggest goondas from whichever clan will continue to hold sway over us. Sadly, we will continue to vote in strong armed rich goons rather than principled politicians.

  18. Pakistan’s Interior Minister Faces Prison as Convictions Upheld
Arrest Warrants Still Valid, Lahore Court Rules
by Jason Ditz, May 17, 2010 (As seen from the other end of the word)

The Zardari government, constantly under fire for allegations of corruption, took a major hit today when Interior Minister Rehman Malik’s past convictions by the National Accountability Bureau were upheld.

The Lahore High Court determined that since the Pakistan Supreme Court ruled the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) unconstitutional, Malik’s convictions were still in effect, and the outstanding arrest warrants against him were still valid.

Malik’s lawyer says there is no chance the Interior Minister will actually be arrested, and considering that in practice he is the nation’s chief law enforcement officer, and would be responsible for having the order his own arrest, that will likely be the case in the short term.

But for President Zardari, who has been struggling with the corruption complaints of his own, having his Interior Minister flouting arrest warrants will certainly be another black eye, and will continue to provide evidence that the ruling party is defying the Supreme Court’s ruling that they are not, in fact, above the law.

Each of the two NAB convictions against Malik, both for corruption, potentially carry 3 year prison terms. While the Lahore High Court said clemency was hypothetically possible, the fact that Malik refused to show up at the hearing probably will not play in his favor.

These defenders of Zardari are bent upon destroying the country. Their favourite sport is to support the corrupt gang without a speck of shame. The only good thing is that they not many as the comments on this forum suggest, but currently it is their time. The murder of BB has exposed the reality of these Pujaris of Rising Sun.

I believe that you would not like to miss an opportunity of relishing upon biryani, made of world’s best Punjabi Basmati. If so then do not spill your vile against gallant Punjabis who are not only the biggest foreign exchange earners for this poverty-stricken country, but even the guardians of its borders.
As for the constitution, you need not expound it to us; instead explain it to illiterate Zardari that it does not allow any criminal to be in the power. Anyway, would you like to tell us if Zardari and his foreign minister have a constitutional right to sip whiskey like Mushy, as we see it on Youtube? BTW, be grateful to Punjabis who, time and again, bring your favourites in power.

PAKISTAN IS A BANANA REPUBLIC.... EVERYTHING THTS IMPOSSIBLE IN WORLD IS POSSIBLE HERE

Banana republic is a country that is politically unstable, dependent on limited agriculture (e.g. bananas), and ruled by a small, self-elected, wealthy, and corrupt clique.[1] The original concept was a very direct reference to a "servile dictatorship" which abetted (or directly supported in return for kickbacks) the exploitation of large-scale plantation agriculture

  30. I found this in the main pkp page and it serves the purpose here.

Pakistani researchers have discovered the heaviest element yet known to
    science.

The new element, so far only discovered and found in Pakistan , has been
named Zardarium (Symbol = Zm). It has one Presitron, 1 Priministron, 77
Ministrons, 98 deputy Ministrons, 298 National Assemblions, and 100
Senatrons, giving it an atomic mass of 575.

These 575 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are
surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called pillocks.
Since Zardarium has no electrons, it is inert, impotent and ineffective.
However, it can be detected because it impedes every reaction with which it
    comes into contact.

A tiny amount of Zardarium can cause a reaction, that would normally take
less than a second, to take from 4 days to 4 years to complete, depending
upon the kick-back percentage that Zardarium can get. It is neither
radioactive nor active and is largely inert except for its psychopathic
attraction for corrupt morons, Ministrons, Assemblions and Senatrons. In
this respect, another two important inert iso-dopes, Nawazium (Symbol = Nm)
and Shahbazium (Symbol = Sm) play a vital role as catalysts by their moronic
    ineptitude.

Zardarium has a normal half-life of 2 to 5 years. It does not decay, but
instead, the whole country undergoes a re-organisational decay in which a
portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places. The
most important chemical quality of Zardarium is its magnetic properties for
    gold, Dollars, and corrupt morons.

In fact, Zardarium ’s mass will actually increase over time, since each
reorganisation will cause more morons to become Ministrons and forming
iso-dopes as a by-product. This characteristic of **** promotion leads some
scientists to believe that Zardarium is formed whenever morons reach a
critical concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as a
critical morass. When catalysed with money, Zardarium becomes Presidentium
(symbol = Pz), an element that radiates just as much energy as Zardarium,
since it has half as many pillocks but twice as many morons.

  37. Aitzaz's latest offering:
Says 18th Amendment gives RM immunity and Zardari did the right thing commuting his sentence.
(sorry, no link yet -- getting this from the strip running on one of the channels)

But I do have a link to his offering from yesterday on the subject:
    http://www.geo.tv/5-19-2010/65210.htm

Responding a query, the former lawyers’ movement leader said the President is fully authorized to waive the sentence and he can condone it altogether.

He added it is quite possible that the court keeps convicting and the President keeps giving pardon by using powers vested in him.

Responding another query, Aitezaz said Federal Interior Minister Rehman A Malik could continue as minister and senator, until and unless he was held ineligible by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on the recommendation by the Senate Chairman.
