Some other (older) things to consider:
1. No Post-mortem was allowed by Zardari
2. Zardari had announced 40 days of mourning, but before even 3 days were up, he jumped on to the seat.
3. The renaming Bilawal Zardari to Bilawal 'Bhutto' Zardari con
4. Zardari over a year ago said he knew who the killers were. Than last month he said "90% of them had been arrested". Soon after that he named (ALL) "Afghan refugees" as the killers ("the killers of Benazir are those we gave shelter 30 years ago")
5. Even when the will first made it's appearance no one believed it (see e.g. http://www.dawn.com/2009/01/19/top18.htm) A that time Zardari was saying there was a single assassin who wanted to get him too.
Additionally, recently
-- he is the one who limited the UN Commission's mandate not to look for the killers
-- Ordered Babar Awan and Rehman Malik not to be questioned
-- DID NOT probe the murder for over two years
-- Had the investigation into the first attack on BB in Karachi stopped
-- Promoted/honored/let escape those army AND police officers towards whome fingers were being pointed
-- Khalid Shehenshah was allowed to be murdered
Also it was revealed last night that former chief of the Military Intelligence (MI) Major General Nadeem Ijaz DID NOT even appear before the committee (with a very limited mandate once again i.e. who ordered clean up of the crime scene) so he was NOT even questioned. It is said he sent in a two-page statement and that was it. This certainly gives credence to the theory that it is not a committee to find out who killed BB but a committee to clear Nadeem Ijaz. It is being reported that of the three members of the committee, one is an army man who was made part of the committee on Kiyani's orders (so much for independence of the committee) and one is being described as "a very close personal friend" of Nadeem Ijaz.
Also note that though the committee has already submitted it's report over 48 hours ago, PM is still claiming he has not received it. And now that there is public pressure, they are talking "we will question more people and expand scope" (of course remember once again this all comes AFTER the committee has completed it's mandate)
