Zardaris references are droping so quickly, is it a new move?

(37 posts)
  1. Pls share your views.
In my opinion all the moves of zardari and NS are clearly against establishment. No doubt about that. and this is really very good for pakistan. But all of a sudden zardari is getting free from all the cases, even from the cases outside pakistan.
even if he is innocent, which most of us have doubts, Is it possible that it could happen all of a sudden?
Is it a coincident or a new move by establishment. ???\'

Although ppl are also saying the same on the inclusion of mqm in a ring, but i guess that was done to overcome the problem of instability in sind caused by ameen faheem.

Ofcourse, the govt. gave a deadline to Zardari for the expiration of the NRO if they didn\'t agree to co-operation...yet it never expired and was validated...and then all of a sudden all the corruption charges, at home and abroad were being dropped one after the other...it\'s pretty obvious...

well zardari\'s vision has been exceptional since BB JAN killed. he has proved himself a ZEERAK politician according to Haider Abbas Rizvi (LOL)

big doubts abt Mr 10% certainly, don know where his vision gona end up but decisive moves would unveil true zardari soon.

    wait n see

    @ ozzee,
Some will keep on waiting to see what they want to show and nothing extra-ordinary is going to come up.
I feel Zardari, NS, Altaf and Wali have resolved to improve on their performance, as it could be the only chance to make Pakistan a better living place.
I wish, gradually, everything gets back to normal after a long 8 years of fake and foul illusion.

This is unusual, how come all the cases are dropping so quickly. Sounds like behind the curtain deal.

  6. This is really unusual because the NRO was about to expire and just before its expiry, everything is happening so quickly

  7. @hi all,
dont get surprised ...it is PPP ...we can expect anything out of it...
they have a track record of backing out from thier stances ....
1.London MPC ...BB backed out ,make a deal with mush..send Amin Fahim to MPC.
2.Election bycottt .....PPP backed out ...decided to take part in the polls.
3.MQM boycott....PPP after siging the accord, backed out ,and just striked a dael with the party ..everybody wants to get rid off...
4.musharraf resignation ...PPP backed out...ready to work with him happily.
5.lawyers movement....PPP is not a very strong supporter as NS ...

    Reasons for above....
    a deal behind the doors...
that makes them more under pressurize then NS...
they have atken too many Favors from mush..now they cant even think of talking aganist him.
Aam Mauafi for Zardari ...all cases gone including international cases of swiss bank and surray palace....
PPP shud move ...and grab the power ...
public ..who had voted for them against mush and dont want them to sit with him??????who cares ????
    Democracy ?????ohhmmmm...change the stance ...
now the real democarcy is what musharraf is giving us ...
rest of the story is now the part of the past ...atleast for PPP.
They wud nt be fulfilling thier promise to restore judicairy within 30 days ...
    i am sure ...
anyone who is writing my prediction...plz note ...
    thanks

  8. To all the respectable scholars at the Forum,

Politics is a wonderful combination of strategy and diplomacy to achieve the goal.
We can discuss and differ with the goal, but should wait and watch the direction of a strategy.
There is no final enemy or friend in politics.
America and Japan, once staunch enemies, are close friends. History carries a number of such developments.
Spectators cannot understand the move of a skipper to replace a fast bowler with a spinner, to win the match.
Yes, you have right to criticize the Government, once it fails to change for better.
Give her a chance for 5 years.

  9. @Dear Sheikh Sahib,
    i 100% agree with u ...
but what about those who have been tried and tested for 3 time ...
if someone is critical about Imran khan ,thats unjust...as he havent been to power ever.
if someone is predicting him to be proved a corrupt ..he is might doing unjust with imran.
but for the two major parties ...who have been in power ..
specailly a party like PPP ,who have been in power fot three time.
u can give a chance or a benefit of doubt ...
but at the same time ,u have full right being skeptical ...
as they have proved ...they cant do much about changing things for better ...
they were making palaces in london and accounts in swiss bank ,rather doing anything for fulfilling thier promise for Roti,Kapra and Makaan....

oh ...going to the positive thinking ...
we can expect that for the 3 time ,they came ,they looted ,worked for themselves...
now this time around they might get some time out to fulfill thier promises to ther ppl too.
i wud keep my fingers cross ....
    God Bless our nation...
whose leaders knows only about Dealing tactics...
and the result is always in thier personal favor ...unfortunately......

  15. @JS and Beenai

The purpose of this thread was not at all to crticize the Govt before the formation. As i wrote earlier that all the moves of zardari and NS are pro-pakistan and anti-establishment uptill now. So there is no point of criticism.
The point which was raised was also not based on someones past. The question was Why establishment is beheaving in a friendly manner, although it seems that NS and Zardari are against them????????

Is it anti-musharraf movement from the establishment or anti-judciaciary?????

One sign is lot of changes in the important posts of establishment.
Another sign is **** like **** pontay and richard bouchers are again in pakistan. I am really ashmed being a Pakistani that why these ppl come here for dictations.

I normally refrain to your posts, but you have written

.London MPC ...BB backed out ,make a deal with mush..send Amin Fahim to MPC.

What do you mean \"back out\". Are you implying that, PPP initially committed or agreed to Boycott elections and then quit?

Or they Called the \"All Party conference\" in london and then they backed out?

and I don\'t even understand what are you referring to here \"3.MQM boycott....PPP after siging the accord, backed out\". Are you saying, that PPP was part of APDM and signed not to work with MQM? Allow me to correct you that, PPP never said that as it was not part of APDM!

PPP is still demanding from musharaf to resign (please watch Capital Talk 24th Mar).

Lawyers movement is lead by Aitzaz Ahsan, Ather Minullah, Zamrud Khan, Latif khosa, Babaw Awan etc, all these forerunners are from PPP. The only party along with ANP whose workers are died for the cause of restoration of Judiciary is PPP (death toll of PPP like always has unfortunately been higher, but I am proud of it). The very first order of PPP\'s PM was to release the detained Judges. Beside a WRITTEN document in shape of Murree accord Signed by PPP and PML N is in front of us, and you have still doubts on the committment of PPP to restore judges.

I think it was PML N who committed nation (not once but twice) to boycott the elections and backed out.

It was PML N who invited the APC and then were the first to quit leaving IK and Qazi all alone!

They reiterated many times, they won\'t take oath from President and now they are taking oath. I think this is what the Back out is!

I think this is the time we should promote the government colition. Once we have the fairly democratic system, we will have all our time to bash any party we like!

    Posted 4 years ago on 25 Mar 2008 10:42 #
  18. @Fahim sahib,
    now u r in a defensive position...
    its very simple ...
they never called MPC but they (BB)had commited to go to london and join it ,but at the last moment she backed out and send Amin Fahim..instead of herself going.
not joining to MQM was a decision of the same MPC accord and Amin Fahim had signed it of ....as a PPP representative there at london....
that was not by APDM but by Multi Party Conference (MPC)

    @Beenai

I don\'t know who told you that BB confirmed to attend the All Parties Conference (which you are calling MPC). From very begining, PPP\'s stance was to consider JUI-F a government party, because of their coalition with PML Q in Balochistan and sole governnment in NWFP. PPP considered APDM totally unnecessary as there was already ARD and warned NS not to trust JUI-F and JI. And you know what, it was same JUI-F and JI (the parties due to which PPP refrained) who ditched APDM by not dissolving NWFP assembly after firm commitment on the crucial juncture of President\'s elections. They also failed NS on his first homecoming when the streets of ISB were empty.

Despite the major differences, as a good will gesture, BB send its high-level delegations to APC in london and PPP agreed on many points of the APDM (as those were repetitions of ARD demands) but never signed any declaration or became party of APDM.

I know you hate PPP, but before putting up allegations you need to have a valid arguments if you want to be fair. It is not good to saying \"anything\" just to prove your point.

Furthermore, APC was delayed twice because NS wanted PPP to be part of it, but everytime Mohtarma excused and finally on PML N\'s insistence she only agreed to send party\'s high-level delegation lead by MAF to london.

    Rohit,

Mind your own business. What are you doing on a Pakistani political forum? Do you work for RAW or something? Because if you do, your wasting your taxpayers money lool

Go prevent some satti in rural India, reduce poverty levels which are hovering at around 700 million poor, eliminate caste based discrimination, stop the 2 dozen separatist movements in your country, move India up in rankings from being one of the worst countries in the world in terms of human rights, hold people accountable for the countless acts of violence against Muslims and Christians and their massacres, bring to justice the people behind the countless bombings and acts of terrorism, and, then come back teach us what an Ideal country looks like.
